I am Andrea Siqueira, currently the EVP, Executive Creative Director at Energy BBDO Chicago, and a Creative Latina Leader with over 25 years of experience in the advertising industry. My mission is to harness the power of creativity to move businesses forward and inspire positive change in the world.

As the Creative Leader for all of Bayer's brands, I am proud to be part of the creative transformation of this iconic business, delivering innovative and impactful campaigns across the US and global markets. I also serve on the North America Creative Council team, contributing to the strategic vision and direction of the agency. In addition, I am passionate about mentoring and guiding young creatives, as a Creative LIAisons Coach and a Good Latinas For Good Mentor. Throughout my career, I have collaborated with remarkable individuals and forward-thinking clients, enabling me to achieve some of the most prestigious awards and accolades in the creative industry, including multiple Cannes Lions, One Show, Clio, D&AD, LIA, New York Festivals, and more.

Before my journey to the United States, I was honored to be named The Caboré Best Creative of The Year in 2019, a prestigious recognition by Meio Mensagem. To put this into perspective, only eight female creatives had received this distinction in the award's 35-year history. I also had the privilege to be among the top five Creatives of the Year, as acknowledged by PropMark Newspaper. Additionally, I earned a place among the Top 10 Creatives of The Year by MM and was recognized as one of the top 100 creative influencers in the industry by CreativePool.

My passion for creativity has extended beyond my professional achievements. I had the incredible opportunity to share my insights and experiences as a Speaker at the renowned Cannes Festival in 2019. I've also been entrusted with the responsibility of serving on various juries, including the Cannes Lions Jury in 2018, D&AD Jury in 2020 and 2017, One Show Jury in 2021 and 2019, LIA Awards in 2022, Clio Jury in 2024 and 2017, NY Festivals Grand Jury and the Lisbon Ad Festival Jury.
