Andrea Siqueira is an award-winning Creative Leader and one of the most influential voices in Latin American advertising. A passionate believer in creativity's power to transform business and society, she champions ROC (Return on Creativity) as a strategic force to boost every ROI (Return on Investment).

After four years in global roles in the US, Andrea returned to Brazil to become Partner and Chief Creative Officer at AMPFY, one of the country’s leading independent agencies. Her work has earned more than 78 international awards, including a Gold Lion at Cannes, a Grand Prix at the One Show, and a Grand Clio, among the most prestigious awards in the industry. She has also served on most of the juries for the world’s top creative festivals and has been invited to share her knowledge as a speaker at Cannes Lions Festival, Lisbon Awards, LIA, and the LIasions project, to name a few.

Andrea is purpose-driven, and together with some top of the industry female friends, she’s the co-founder of Good Latinas for Good, a nonprofit dedicated to mentoring and elevating young Latina talents, which has already helped more than 600 young women since 2023.

She’s a mother of two, but she’s also proud of many young talents that she has helped to rise along the journey.
